Headed to Michigan for the day and our water pump blew. 3 minutes to close I called Carquest, after explaining the situation Richard was amazing and offered to bring us anything we needed once he closed up. Total life saver! He reminded us there's still genuine caring people in the world. Truly grateful and definitely know who to call if we're ever in a jam again in the area.

I called the oconto falls store and they didn't have what I needed but said there was one at the Coleman store. Sure enough I walked in and they had the part for me. The attendant asked me what I was given for a price and it was the same.

Stopped in to get new wipers during a snow storm because one of mine flew off! They helped me find what I needed in no time. As I was walking out I mentioned I was going to google how to install them (every car is different and I’m no expert) and Peyton offered to put them on for me and came out into the snow to do it. They always go the extra mile and have a customer in me for life. So thankful for such a great Company in our small town!

Good people to work with, surprisingly large amount of stock for such a small town. They’re always my first call for parts before driving somewhere 15-30 mins away and they almost always save me the trip.
