I was JUST THERE and with 3 people standing outside smoking I figured someone would help me. 3 MINUTES waiting to check out, nobody cared and just gave me a strange look. Just walked out without my stuff after a while.

Been going here LITERALLY since the first day they opened. Only had issue with one older manager, she is a wrinkly CRANK. But the rest of the staff is amazing and they always help when needed.

Went in for a specific item that was on their coupon app. Three stores didn't have the sizes advertised in all fragrances. Found the brand I like but had to buy it in the huge size to get the savings. Seems like hit or miss with the laundry items.

horrible customer service. for someone whose been there for year it's hard to think that they wouldn't know how to ring up things correctly.. on top of that I was completely over charged and a simple transaction turned into this 2 hour long even which was completely uncalled for

Manager that was there from day one has quit. Not impressed with the new people in there. Guess I will go else where. The new people in there are on their cellphone every time I have gone in there. Have to wait for them to finish before they will help you. The place has gone downhill. (Messy) never was like that with the old manager.

Sorry to say the store is going down hill fast since previous manager left'd, due to under staffed and being over worked. New manager was given a very clean store but dosen't take any pride in it whatsoever! Very poor service being on phones or outside smoking! Store itself is getting very messy, things laying everywhere, no fronting done at all. Very hard to see all the hard work previous employees put into and nobody cares.

Shopping at the family dollar in Coleman WI and it makes me sick that the store is such a mess. And if ur looking for something u can't find it no one helps you out. The stores assistant manager is always on her phone or outside taking selfies and smoking. Very disappointed in how this store has gone down hill in just a matter of a month.

One visit I had to wait to ask for items behind the counter while the cashier was busy with a conversation on her cell phone. I'm suprised she even knew I was standing there. Another visit left me standing for a solid 5 minutes at the checkout while the cashier stood outside smoking a cigarette talking with what I assume were freinds. Both Instances were the same employee...Service prior to this has been great.Im not sure what happened but it's gone down hill quickly. One more bad experience and I will take my business elsewhere.
