We love our cozy home. We've been here over 10 years and for the most part they work with us as we work with them to keep everything updated and clean, home and park. Grateful to be here. Maintenance has definitely Improved over the years, the new guys are taking over and it's great to see, thank you!

Hands-down, one of the best companies I’ve ever had to deal with! I have traveled all over the US for work and everybody associated with Pleasant Valley Properties was a joy to work with. It was so easy, they made the experience enjoyable.!!! I would recommend anybody looking for somewhere, to definitely check them out.. 10 out of 10! :)

Pleasant valley had very nice people to deal with and were very fast with the process of moving into our new place they were definitely on top of everything. Would recommend to anyone.

What an absolute amazing experience for me and my kids!! Daylyn was right on top of everything from the very beginning! I am so thankful to be back renting for such a great family! And what an amazing and prompt maintenance team they have! What a fantastic move this was!!

Pleasant Valley Properties is a peaceful neighborhood for the most part, we have been renting our home/lot here for about 3 years now and it is a good little starter home, would not recommend for kids or pets but you could make it work if you needed to.The maintenance quality is so so, as they don’t have very high standards and are low on staff a lot, but I have been impressed by their promptness when we need something fixed that’s major, they always come right away, occasionally they have charged us extra for a service, and we got blamed for abusing facilities when we keep our place clean and well kept up, and we are living with damage from tenants who were here before us, every place has pros and cons and we are happy here and we appreciate the service and the quiet atmosphere,

The whole buying process was very smooth. It was great having someone help you every step of the way. Everyone was very courteous. Having Jordan help me was fantastic. Got me approved and helped with the financial end of everything.

I rented here for a few years and they are the best landlords I've ever had. No issues with getting stuff fixed and I got my full security deposit back. Great people!

I noticed my hot water wasnt working. So i let pleasant Valley Properties know ASAP and i let them know at 7 at night and it was obviously to late for them to come so they came at 8am the next day and got it working. They didnt let me down!
