Same experience as another poster. Canceled via their website in November received confirmation of my request to cancel via e-mail. However continued to get billed for months and receive automated billing messages. Since I have left many voice mails, messaged through their website and emailed. Finally today, 4 months later, received another automated message that I have been moved out, but with a balance from past months. So 4 months after canceling they are still a thorn in my side.

Edit: after almost 2 months, a dozen emails, and several phone calls, they credited me back the unauthorized rent they took out of my account and after more emails and calls, the credited me back my security deposit.Edit: update: BEWARE!!i gave a 40 day notice (30 reqired), they emailed me they got my notice, but i continued to get charged monthly for the unit and have not recieved my security deposit back!! No one is responding to emails at all!!These are nice units and the owners have a nice system to pay your rent
