You have the world’s most rude employee I’ve legitimately ever met. The fact that she works in any sort of customer service and holds her job legitimately boggles my mind. I exited the highway while driving from Madison to Green Bay with my daughter, her friend, and my older mother. When the tornado sirens went loud and the radio was telling everyone to take shelter asap we exited the highway right away and found the first standing open public building we could. We had NO idea where we even were. Your blonde shorter employee with the cool belt decided to act like we were a serious problem to her. Mind you, the tornado sirens went off AGAIN while there and the rain started harder. We bought waters to be “paying customers.” She walks up to us with an eye roll and says, “Can I help you find something?” Then she proceeds to tell us, “Glass shatters, so you aren’t even anywhere safe.” Then when we see the rain start harder and the warning extend she yells to us, “We close at 9!!!”
WOW! I never want to shop at a BP ever again if this is the service you continue to accept from your employees. Absolutely disgusting and uncalled for!! This lady needs a serious reality check.

I stopped there yesterday on my way to green bay to get some water and gas and I had my registered service dog with me. I brought my water up to the counter and the lady proceeded to scream at me because I had my service dog in the store with me and then tried to refuse me service and said I needed to get tf out of her store with my dog. I told her she can’t just put me and my service pet out for no reason and to let me pay for my water and she said she can service who ever she wants. Then asked me for his certificate to prove he was registered. As I was looking at for it she was screaming at me. I was trying to explain to her that I have anxiety and ptsd and that what my dog is actually for and she just kept yelling at me. There was a man in the store and he was like can you show me the certificate and ill let you get your water.. as she continued to scream at me. Later yesterday I ended up having an anxiety attack due to the stress brought on by the situation. I am also black and Mexican and feel like she may have been a little bit racist. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said he was the manager and I ask for his boss and he also said he did not have a boss and that bp was not corporate. She did not know this but I actually studied to be a paralegal and fully intend on contacting authorities today and moving forward with a lawsuit for discrimination and emotional distress. I was pulled over otw to green bay and had a panic attack with the police and couldn’t figure out what my problem was. It was her. Initiating conflict because she was bored and wanted to be in control of a situation she was actually wrong in. And as I was leaving she was still running her mouth. Completely out of order and disgustingly disrespectful. All I wanted was a water and to have a good day.

Broke down at the pump after getting gas with my little boy with me. Truck just wouldn't start. Found out needs a starter. When I told the cashier she said you have to get the truck out of. I said the tow truck is on the way. She said well it can't be here over night. I said I know. She said well how much longer until you get it towed. Just a terrible person. She was. A little girl who needs to learn how to talk with people. Worst customer service ever and always at this location. Terrible all the time.

Always appreciate the accommodations for the locals that come in often. Besides the one staff member that makes you feel like you're always bothering her, I love the staff at this BP.

The staff is very unfriendly. As said in the previous comments the owner feels that the customers are a nuisanceHis cashiers have awful training in customer service. A women told my daughter to go ahead of her and the cashier berated my daughter. My son in law didn't see the sign for no strollers and was yelled at. Why they can't just talk to people instead of being rude. They really don't stock much for a convience store. The store a mile down the road has always had great service and a huge selection of items.
