I had a dumb moment I didn’t know how to use the gas pump. The ones that have the diesel as well. I didn’t realize that you had to pull the lever up for it to begin. I went inside and somebody helped me. I’m not exactly sure what there name was. It was one of the younger men working there.

Kathy is extremely rude, demeaning and lacks customer service skills. I have read previous reviews about her stemming back from 6 plus years ago and it seems like this is her MO. Why would someone like her still be employed at Your Columbus Kwik Trip? I will not go in her line or this store in the future.

It is a newly built store with more room and pumps than the old store. They are doing a better job of stocking the condiments bar. Good gas prices for the area, and a helpful and pleasant staff.

I'm a frequent customer at Kwik Trip but today changed my mind I go every day to buy breakfast/lunch but today I needed a charger I was going to purchase but returned back to shelf because it was 25$ cashier asked where I put the chargers i had took (insinuating theft )and I told her I put it back that 25$ was absurd for a charger . Bought my food and left across the street to Walgreens to buy a 10$ charger but very DISRESPECTFUL

The morning cashier is a rude person. Not glad to see anyone. Very ungrateful. I put my hand out for my change and she slid it on the counter. How about counting it back and thanking me. I hope there will be new staff for the new store being built.

Never any hot food available and very limited hot and fresh items. Dirty and small store. Small parking lot.

Good help must be really hard to find. Kathy is by far the worst cashier. Helping a customer is way about her pay grade. God forbid she get off her stool. Just all very unhappy employees, I'll get my daily items at the other gas station from now on.
