Joel is the best! Very accommodating and understanding. Due to gm being on strike they weren’t able to get me a loaner when we found out what was wrong. While waiting for that part to arrive something else was wrong as well and he found a way to get me a vehicle! Also the best neighbor ?

Had a recent, unplanned issue with my 2020 GMC Yukon while in the area. Stopped into the dealer and they diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and had me back on the road the next day. Service staff was wonderful to work with, drove me back to where I was staying and delivered my vehicle to me the following day. Great job Chevy dealer of Columbus!

Excellent customer service. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Appointment time was at 4:00 pm. They called me at 3pm and said I could come in earlier do to a cancelation. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I was on a long road trip to a very important event when my check engine light came on. Your service department got me in immediately and had everything fixed for me in a very short time allowing me to get on my way. Everyone there was very welcoming, caring and professional, I feel very fortunate to have been near your dealership when my mechanical issues arose.

Not sure how the sales department is but the service department is terrible for anything more than a oil change. Their mark up on parts is at least 40% more than an auto parts store. They don't call you back I had to go in three separate times to check up on them and make sure they ordered the parts I needed. They had my vehicle for over a month with no loaner car available. I had such a bad experience I switched from being a life long Chevy owner to Dodge. I will never go back to this place again.

Dealership did a good job showing the vehicle and showing the rebates I qualified for. They did a poor to fair job calling back and trying to stay in touch, and they did a very poor job cleaning underneath the truck, which had caked on mud all over, and under the hood, which had a thick layer of dust all over. This was noticed by myself when I first looked at the vehicle and the sales person said it would all be cleaned up. I took their word that it would be cleaned, and during delivery I did not look underneath the hood or vehicle until I got back home and then noticed it had not been touched and was still very dirty. This was a little concerning considering this was on a new vehicle.

My vehicle broke down on the way from coming home from up north and this was the closest dealership to service my 2016 Chevy Tahoe. Turned out it needed a new transmission. I have an extended warranty through endurance and Napleton worked with them and dealt with any and all issues along the way. Tasha Royals went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Unfortunate event but the service center made it way less painful along the way!

I went in on a day off looking to purchase a new vehicle and Pete was the first salesman I met and he is the one who helped me, Pete did an amazing job with getting me into a new vehicle and explaining all the things about it! Out of all the times I’ve gone in looking Pete has by far been the best one I definitely recommend going there!!Helped me get my 2023 Chevy trailblazer brand new off the truck!!

We had an appointment on 8/10 to have the ac checked on our new suburban. They cancelled that day and rescheduled to 8/15. The tech could not find the leak charged the system and sent it back. The next day the ac didn't work again. The next available appointment was 8/22. After this appointment the car was dropped off at my wife's work and the dealership called stating they had to order parts no other explanation. I called the dealership this morning and was told the parts would not be available until the week of Sept 4. I told them I needed a loaner comparable loaner vehicle that would fit a family of 6. My wife showed up to pick it up and they offered her an equinox. This is not big enough to fit my family of 6. We have had no ac for several weeks with brand new vehicles with 13000 miles and the response I got from the manager was there is nothing I can do about it. This is unacceptable.Several years ago. I brought my Arcadia to this dealership to have the brakes checked. They took the car apart and called me with an estimate which I felt was in my opinion way to high. Then they sent me a large bill for putting the car back together. I gave them a bad review. At that point a manager called and gave me a refund and I rewrote my review. That was a mistake.

Good place to do business, they have a world class Master Ford Technician which is rare. The guy knows his stuff well. No complaints.

we were driving north when our van suddenly have battery light on, good thing we were approaching the exit to Columbus. stayed for the night then realized this dealership is next to the hotel. purchased alternator from o’reilly next to its and called this dealership. they took us in and got it fixed. very good customer service. they even gave us a detailed step by step of the service they did.

My odyssey van battery light turn on while on the highway right before Columbus, WI came up during our trip. We stayed in Columbus that night then early that morning i tried calling all mechanic shop to fix my vehicle and this Chevy dealership was kind enough to take me in and fix my vehicle right away and drove me back to the hotel to wait with my family while they replaced the alternator. 2.5hrs later they had it fixed, picked me up, and got my vehicle. They even gave me plastic clips to fasten the underbody plastic shield and wheel well cover to have a safer trip. Thanks to their quick resolution, we were able to continue our vacation on time.I can’t say enough on how great they handled our vehicle repair in a quick first priority type off situation, keeping us informed every step of the cost before they proceed. After all was done, we continued driving to our vacation destination. Later that evening they contacted us to make sure we were still ok.Here’s my take… There can be good dealerships out there, good people that care about their customers and their vehicle, but when you get that call later that evening from the dealership while you are almost at your destination just to see if all is still going well, is a five star dealership.
