This place is terrible, the automated system that they want everyone to use to order prescription refills isn't updated with your most recent prescriptions. So you have to speak to a real person in the pharmacy, and the people who work in the pharmacy don't like interacting with customers on the phone. They're incredibly rude and seem to be irritated when someone needs their help. Then after all of that you'll get a phone call a couple hours later that tells you your prescription is ready, but when you show up to pick up your prescription it isn't ready. The last two times I ordered my prescriptions this has happened, the first time the lady told me that if I was willing to wait 15 minutes she could get it ready. She also said that for some reason despite that fact that the medication was in stock at this location they delayed actually filling the prescription until the next day when more was scheduled to be delivered. This morning the answer I received was that this location didn't have any of the medical devices I was waiting for even though I received an automated call yesterday that said my order was ready and the lady didn't seem interested in trying to figure out why that happened. I have a chronic illness that requires multiple prescriptions a month and Walgreens is the only approved pharmacy for my insurance. Unfortunately nobody that could make a difference from Walgreens or my insurance company (SSM Healthcare) is going to read this review nor would they care even if they did see this review. The customer has stopped being the priority for most large companies.

I've yet to be met with anything other than courteousness and professionalism whilst picking up prescriptions or speaking to staff on the telephone.

2 bad experiences the last two visits. Photography department refused to help but 2 young teen boys and a young lady were acting foolish running and playing thru out the store. Then I call the Pharmacy and spoke to Anne Marie. I guess she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I asked to find a much needed prescription for my husband and I asked if she could check with other Walgreen stores. She said I don't have time for that. Hometown helped me at 5:50pm!

Placed an online order for posters, they were supposed to be ready by 8:50, I came at 9:30, 3 people behind photo counter messing around and swearing, when I requested my posters they said they were not ready and that I was screwed because no one knew how to load the machine. Needed posters for a weekend event, tried transferring order to Beaver Dam, they don’t know how to work the machine either. A lot of wasted time and costs. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from here.

Worst customer service experience ever. Sat at the window for about 25 mins before someone came to help us. There was 5 people just standing there why did it take so long?!

I bought some wet Swiffer pads and various supplements and everything was put in the same bag. I usually wouldn’t be upset by this, but the Swiffer pads were bagged on the side (upside down) and they leaked all over the vitamins. I asked her to bag them separately and she said she couldn’t because they had a bag shortage. Normally bagging chemicals and supplements/food separately is common sense, but not from this cashier…and she wanted to argue about it. ?
