Worst customer service experience ever. Sat at the window for about 25 mins before someone came to help us. There was 5 people just standing there why did it take so long?!

I bought some wet Swiffer pads and various supplements and everything was put in the same bag. I usually wouldn’t be upset by this, but the Swiffer pads were bagged on the side (upside down) and they leaked all over the vitamins. I asked her to bag them separately and she said she couldn’t because they had a bag shortage. Normally bagging chemicals and supplements/food separately is common sense, but not from this cashier…and she wanted to argue about it. ?

Just bought a phone card wrong one brought it back immediately to exchange it no they wouldn't do it or give my money back ,I feel that is very wrong to make me keep a useless card when it was an honest mistake

I was recently in for passport photos, and needing more than two was unpleasantly surprised at how badly they gouge you. $15 for two, but I needed extra and there is no discount. Horribly over priced. Had I not needed them right away I would have looked elsewhere. Upon checkout I discovered they now have a policy where you have to give them your email if you want to be able to use your cash rewards. What a complete sham. If you don't agree to be harrassed by email you can't use the points you earned. Whatever moron in management approved this deserves to be on the unemployment line. Isn't it enough that people shop there and redeem their rewards there? Now you have to be inundated by unwanted spam in the hopes they can sell a bit more just to use the pittance they give you for points. I am going to start shopping elsewhere as the policies of Walgreens are anti-cutomer and pro-harrassment of their customers.

Rude, unfriendly customer service in pharmacist. The pharmacist was ok. Picked up medication for my husband and it cost $78, and she didn't ask for health insurance. At least with that much money she should have asked or was aware and asked the customer if we have health insurance to cover the cost of meds. She does not have any critical thinking at all. She just rings the cost like that until I told her that hey we have health insurance to cover, and I pleaded that she check. At the end of the day, the cost was lowered to $4. Please, next time, tell them that you have to check if someone has health insurance, since they looked as if they were never aware of that; otherwise, they are gonna rip you off.
