The Vets and entire staff have been amazingly caring, patient, proactive and diligent with all of my animals’ care since I started with them back in Winter 2021. They always present educated options to me about the individualized care of each animal and were an enormous support during the assisted passings of a couple of my furry loved ones. They have not tried to upsell me on unnecessary vaccines or procedures, rather giving me options to fit my budget while still covering what needs to be done. I truly appreciate this practice, Dr. Jaclyn, Dr. Kristin, Jamie, Brooklyn, Becca, Tammy, Devan, Sam, Lauren and (seriously) the entire crew! It’s clear that they have a personal connection to each animal that comes through their door. ?

Our pups always receive FABULOUS care at B2B. Bobbie, our girl, is a nervous gal and the crew at Back 2 Basics works hard to make sure she feels comfortable. Equipped with treats!
Jaclyn is a great vet, the vet techs are all amazing, and the folks working the desk are outstanding. I’ve sent over many questions by text and they are always so willing to help however they can!!

This place is great, the staff and vets are wonderful! You can't get better service or care any where else. They are easy to talk to with any health issue and easy to get an appointment and they don't over charge.

This clinic is not a place that you want to take your pet to if it has a problem. They are very simple and are able to do only simple things like shots and give heartworm pills.

Back 2 Basics is a wonderful clinic full of friendly, compassionate people. The prices for service are mind-blowingly reasonable, and quality of care does not suffer in the slightest. This has been my review since I started brining my dogs here for care, but they recently went above and beyond.
My elderly chihuahua came in for a tooth abscess. He was treated well and accurately. Unfortunately his condition deteriorated quickly due to a number of other factors, and I had to make the most difficult decision. Back 2 Basics worked me in same day so as not to prolong my little man's suffering. The vet tech was so, so kind, and I'll never forget how compassionately and respectfully he and I were treated. I am eternally grateful to the team here. ?

Best place to take your pet. Everyone is so friendly! When you have to get your dog in quickly because they got sick, they do everything they can to accommodate. The people that work here are absolutely priceless! I couldn’t see anyone else taking care of my dogs.
