“The customer service shown by Seth at this cottage grove,wi location was awesome I’m from Milwaukee,wi I was stranded with delivery van Sunday evening before Memorial Day literally shutdown right in front of O’Reilly store which was about to close in 45 minutes I went in asked Seth could he run test to see what was wrong but scanner wouldn’t work because of dead vehicle battery I asked about prices of batteries and battery pack to purchase to do test he told me and then said I have a personal battery pack in my vehicle so Seth grabbed it car started ran long enough to do test reading I need new alternator ,he showed me where it was located on engine said if I need anything else he would be inside for the next 30 minutes and let me know it was towing companies in area thanks again Seth for hospitality and help to ease my mind from vehicle breakdown with great service”

The price was reasonable and even found a 10% discount code to enter. Note that none of the local auto parts stores had this battery in stock.”

“Had 3 my Batteries replaced here with no problems after getting declined by Autozone and Advanced Auto due to it being a difficult install. One on an Odyssey have the Air Vent ontop of it and 2 different batteries on my Silverado 1 being a simple spacer but the other with a fuse box on top. Had a worker, Alex, handled the van with no problems but when it came to the truck the simple battery was doable but the main battery was something they couldn't do unless you were the one to take it off which Alex kindly guided me step by step on how to take it off and on and he just handled the battery after the fuse block was off. 100% will come here again for a battery change, and recommend asking for Alex if you want great service on replacing a battery!”
