I can't complain about the quality of work because she does good work. The shirts looked great but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. Everyone is nice but they don't return phone calls or emails. I had 12 shirts made and it took about 6 weeks. I had to keep stopping in and checking on them every couple weeks. I also gave her a shirt to show what I want. I picked up my order and they lost the shirt I lent them as an example. They said they will make me a new one over two months ago and I still have yet so receive it. I have called several times, left a couple messages, emails and even stopped in and nothing.I like to keep my business local but I will never go back because of the service.
