if i could rate this lower than one star i would. the GM there is literally there to start drama. this place is CONSTANT for walkouts and needing new hires, but yet treat they treat there current employees like trash. work at the family dollar in town instead

My sister and I came lasted week to check this dollar general out for the awesome soda deals and some other things. We ask the nice young man about the soda deals and he said what's sodas on sale this week. He also gave us the week adds that was going on. When we got done shopping and checked out he was very polite asking if we found everything okay. Definitely found everything we needed. I asked him how does the dollar general app work and how it works. He explained how we do everything on the app. We are very pleased to have been checked out by a excellent work. We had to stop in today and see him before we lefted to day. I definitely saved my recipet from that day. The name i found one the recipet was Colton. 100% HE ROCKED IT.

I absolutely love dollar general. Where I’m from is a very small town where like everyone knows everyone and the closest place for groceries an decent prices on everyday items is about 10 miles away from me and the bigger stores like (Walmart etc.) u have to travel anywhere from .5-1.5 hours away. So it’s very convenient for us that we have this DG so close. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m not giving it 5⭐️ is because they need to actually straighten up the isles and put stuff away since it’s kinda cramped up here and there.

Employees should stand farther away from the door when they go out to smoke at the new dollar tree/dollar general location. Nice place but the whole store reeked of cigarette smoke.

Extremely dirty, unorganized. There was tables of merchandise blocking the aisles and registers.Last resort store.

The employee working on 09/02/23 on his 2nd day was beyond rude. My husband checked out on one register and then he told me to go to another and rushed us through our orders. I entered my phone number for the digital coupons and the 10 off of 40 didn't work, when I brought it to his attention he showed me the screen and said "look lady I can't give you something that isn't there" I had 44.00 worth of products before tax and proved I clipped the coupon. Clearly it wasn't working in his system, I told him I didn't want the products then and he said "okay fine the customer isn't always right you know". I understand help is hard to find but this man needs some training or a different job. I'll drive to Antigo for items I need before ever visiting this place again.

The little dude at the register swore at me and my wife about some money he didn't put back on her card I will be filing a complaint nobody deserves to be treated that way at a store for any reason
