I feel like since there update I've heard about a few issues and now I'm experiencing one myself. Before the update I was very satisfied. Now...I'm not so sure.

These people are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly about the banking system to help you with any financial problem you may have.

Friendly customer tellers, decent product offerings, less than world class website, customer unfriendly online banking policies, inadequate customer communication. Found a better alternative for local banking.
