We rented a unit over the winter to store my Mom's car. The owner was so accommodating and helpful. The unit was very clean, and the property is always well maintained. I would definitely recommend!

I've had items there for 6+ years now. It's just a basic building. 3 of them. With roll up doors. Things closer to the doors are covered in dust and stuff from outside but for the most part everything is still in good condition. I'm not totally sure it's worth the price. They are too small to park a car in. Long enough but not wide enough

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Cross Plains Storage. My storage unit as well as the entire project is very well maintained. It is so convenient to have the extra storage space.

I have been renting a storage unit from Cross Plains Storage for a little over two years. I have been extremely pleased with it. The property is very well maintained and although I have never had to go in or out in the winter, I do drive by periodically and the snow is always removed promptly. The door on my unit has excellent seals and the locking mechanism works extremely well. Cross Plains Storage has a fantastic “auto pay” system that is very simple and convenient. Bottom line it’s everything I want and need. Disclaimer, I rarely give a 5-star review, but Cross Plains Storage and its proprietor Fred is worthy of it. August 2024 - JD

I have been renting a storage unit for a number of years from Cross Plains Storage - in Cross Plains. Never had an issue. The property is well maintained and accessible. Very satisfied !!!!

This storage facility is terrific! The outside of the buildings are well maintained, snow plowed immediately, drives maintained and kept neat, any junk is immediately cleaned up, there are many outside lights that are always working, and the security cameras are well-placed and active. When I rented my unit, it was spotless; the ceilings are insulated which helps protect my belongings. Fred is great to work with--he's clear about the contract and to contact him with any questions, problems or issues. He knows it matters to those of us who lease from him, along with the Cross Plains community, to maintain a well-run facility. I sure appreciate him!

I highly recommend Cross Plains Storage! We have been using the facility for almost a year and could not be happier with the service we have received. Fred goes above and beyond to provide a safe, clean and secure facility. He is readily available and goes out of his way to help. If you are looking for storage, this is the place!

Have been storing our things here for a few years now. Fred, the owner, keeps this place clean, impeccably snow plowed in the winter, and well lit. He's also just a great all around human and a small business owner who deserves to be supported. Highly recommend storing your things here (and the prices are great for the area!)

Fred at Cross Plains storage has been great. He was able to get us into a large unit when we needed it and another smaller one to accommodate all our stuff. His responses were quick and personal, making sure we had our unit keys and access within a day of talking w him. I’m definitely enjoying being a customer at Cross Plains Storage.
