If I could add 0 stars I would. As soon as I walked in I was not greeted and few seconds later a women came in and was greeted by the workers. This wasn’t much of a problem but as I was walking around I kept getting stares from the workers. When I was ready to check out the worker who was working cashier pretended to not see me and went on his phone. I waited a few minutes and walked up to him and asked if I could pay here. He responded with a cold attitude and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there but continued to cash me out. He told me my total (again with a cold attitude) and didn’t even asked if I wanted a bag for all my stuff. I could understand having a bad day, but to give looks and to give an attitude to a customer is improper customer service.

I could have pulled into any gas station today, but thank GOD I pulled into the Kwik Trip in Cross Plains. There, I met a sweet angel by the name of Eunice. Eunice went far above and beyond to help me out without even considering any options to do otherwise. She was so kind and gracious. It has always seemed apparent to me that Kwik Trip employs good people, and my visit today to the Cross Plains store supports this theory. Thank You!

I ordered cheese filled breadsticks from the hot case and while we were at the counter, he dropped them so he gave me new ones for free

I had to give a star. There isn't an option for none. I drive truck everyday and I stop there for my break. It's never stocked. Never food made I figured before it was a fluke but Everytime last few months. They all rather just stand and talk please look into it. I tend to tell most that I see

I am writing this complaint regarding the inconsistency in the pricing policies at this Kwik Trip , specifically in regards to the refill price of the fountain soda. It is my belief that when I enter Kwik Trip gas station, I should be able to tell the cashier that I want to get the refill price for a fountain soda whether or not I bring in my old cup or just grab a new cup.The reason for this complaint is that it seems unfair to customers who want to refill their soda but may not have their old cup with them. As a paying customer, I should not be penalized for not bringing my old cup every time I visit Kwik Trip. Additionally, it is frustrating to see that anyone can walk inside the gas station and get a free cup of water without being charged while I am expected to pay a higher price just because I forgot to bring my cup.I appreciate that Kwik Trip has refill stations and encourages customers to decrease their waste by using the same cup. However, this should not be at the expense of the customers who forget their cup or simply want to use a different cup. It is important that the policies are consistent and fair for all customers.I would appreciate Kwik Trip's attention in looking into this matter and hope that they can implement a fair policy for all customers. This is the best place to stop when coming into Madison so you dont have to try and find a place once in Madison proper. It is always clean, well stocked with great customer service.

People have strong feelings and opinions about 'their Kwik Trip', they have this incredible confidence that theirs is the best. Well, I have this same affliction. We find reasons to go to 'our Kwik Trip', things like ; "babe, I really need ice cream now" to "Scott helped us with that project, let's grab him some beer' and of course, what's better than 'kids, mom needs you just leave for 10 minutes, please I need to decompress in silence. Here's $20 go get some snacks at KT' incredibly they come home with change. The team is good to the customers, they are even good to my kids. They have everything we need to grill and for those early morning swim meets... you can never go wrong with a box of coffee. Am I wrong?My son and his grandpa frequent their favorite restaurant Kwik Trip for lunch frequently.

Lots of options for hot food as well as bakery items. Employees are friendly and helpful. Pricing is fair and they have a wide selection of items.
