“Chris at the Mount Horeb post office is incredibly helpful and friendly! We ordered passports at this post office location and had some issues arise during processing. Chris went out of his way to help get our questions answered. This level of customer service is very hard to find at other post office locations in the Madison area and I was very grateful!”

“There is no reason this USPS location deserves a low rating. This is consistently a fantastic USPS location; every time I've dropped off a package the staff keep the line moving efficiently.
There is a kiosk available for pre-paid packages that will give you a receipt just like the counter will.
The staff here are professional and friendly.
There is plenty of free parking in the lot as well as the street.”
