Was recommended this place via insurance. They didn't start work yntil the next day. They then waited until Friday afternoon, almost four days from when I dropped it off, to tell me they wouldn't have the parts until the end of next week. I told them I wanted the car back, and they refused to put the car back together until the insurance company offered to pay for it.

I brought my wife’s car in for hail damage. Paint-less dent repair was performed. The car looked amazing afterwards and finished way ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend this location and the staff.

Great service repairing hail damage at Cudahy location. The communication through out the repair was great and they completed when they said they would. I'd go here again if needed.

I would have given a five star review except for the black sharpie marker scribbles on my sunglasses. Not sure if this was meant to be cute but its vandalism of my personal property. I do not have children and nobody has access to my car except the Caliber Collision staff. Are they expensive glasses? No. However, this is damage to my personal property in my vehicle which I entrusted to Caliber on recommendation of my insurance company. It now brings into question the integrity of the repairs performed. Will not recommend and will provide feedback to my insurance company.

I brought my Sportage to be repaired here after I was rear ended. I initially was very stressed not knowing how long repairs would take or how it would look after. This actually was a great experience. From dropping the vehicle off, getting updates, and then getting the call my vehicle was completed - everything went very smooth. Thank you very much. My car looks great!

Caliber collision is the place where you want to go My vehicle looked new and my car was done sooner than what I was told, which was great! from the front desk to the shop was a great experience very friendly. They listen to my Concern I highly recommend caliber collision for bodywork on your car and I highly recommend this company. I am very happy and very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle and I would recommend friends and family. Don’t hesitate.

One of the best experiences in a repair shop was getting my car fixed here. Excellent communication and no issues whatsoever with the repairs. I recently went back after a few months because I was hearing a weird noise in the area where these guys fixed my car and they handled it no questions asked. Would go back myself and recommend to a friend 10/10. Thank you all for your honest work, hard to find nowadays
