i was heavily disrespected on multiple occasions by a worker named kara,she threw my change at me and refused to pick it up. maybe not the best for customer service.

Always neat, clean and well picked up. Nice clear aisle most items are where they should be. The store never looks disheveled.

I was at the Dollar Tree at 5656 S. Packard Ave. Cudahy, WI on 5/18/23. What a fabulous manager! The store was the best well-organized Dollar Tree I've ever been in. It was extremely clean and made my shopping experience pleasant AND efficient. I did compliment the manager! He was friendly, clean in appearance as a super role model and he deserved to be proud of his store.

Not the best selection of items compared to other dollar trees but the staff are always friendly and nice, they always strike up conversations and truly try to connect with the customers.

Went to dollar tree as an ex employee with my POC siblings. Immediately after walking in we were followed by an employee. We continued to shop as we were followed around the store. After 5 minutes one of the mangers came up to us and said "just so you know we think your stealing. And we're going to keep following you". While we shopped the Manger continued to make comments behind us. Saying we're stealing, we might have to empty our pockets, and we should be aware of the cameras watching us. We were harassed until we left the store.Later that night we went back to talk to them and ask why they thought we were stealing, and who they thought were. Upon arriving the Manger came up to us and apologized saying "sorry about that, our corporate Manger was in, and thought it was weird you were all huddeled together like you were looking at a puppy". Acting as if her corporate manger being there is reason enough for her to make unnecessarily rude comments to us loudly in a store of people. As mentioned before I worked there previously, so it's not like the Manger didn't know me or know that I didn't pose a threat.Don't recommend shopping here unless your a fan of being followed around, yelled at, and accused of stealing.
