My delivery instructions are to deliver to front door of house, not garage door. Nearly every delivery I get from FedX. Including today's is put in front of garage door. I am severly handicapped & now have to find a neighbor to get my package. Please take measures & correct this.

Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you. It’s taken a week for me to receive an important package pertaining to my work which was scheduled to be here the same day it was sent out a week ago. Tracking my package online became useless as it continued to state “We'll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving”. After calling multiple times to speak to representatives, and being told that my package was on its way another day passed, and I have yet to receive my package which makes absolutely no sense being that Cudahy is only 15 minutes away from Milwaukee. It is now Monday, June 17 3:26 PM. Still no package. We’ll see if that changes in the next hour or two. A shoutout goes to customer service who did their best to help mitigate and track my package to be sure it’s in route. Not sure if reviews mean much to your organization, but I’m writing this with the expectation that you read it and get this in order immediately.

The packages are always damaged and this time they lost one of package’s. I ordered rims and tires but they only delivered 3 of them losing the 4th one. I’m sure when they find and deliver the 4 it’s going to be beat up twice as much as the others. They only had to travel a hour but somehow every package got tossed around damaging every Corner and ripping open one. From now on if FedEx is delivering a package I ordered I’m either picking it up or not buying it.

My package was said to be delivered on the 23rd. Then all of a sudden somehow it was set for pick up which I never did somebody at FedEx said it for pick up without my consent. Worst FedEx experience ever I was lied to by three people. They all stated they switched it to delivery to my home and not the local pick up location they lied. Then I was told by another person they would have it delivered immediately. But that was another lie. Why don’t use FedEx anymore their service is garbage their people are liars and my packages always arrive late.
