I love landmark credit union but this location sucks at speed... service is always super friendly but when it takes over 1hr just to access my account does hurt my plans and unable to enter the building does hinder the service even further. I have no issues with the staff but in general this is the worst location when it comes to speed of service...

Takes forever every time I come to this location. I don’t understand why. I literally just come to make a payment only. There’s always so many people working but no one helping customers

Building looks cool, but due to it being all open the whole place echos. There is no customer privacy if something personal needs to be discussed.

Lobbies are closed to to pandemic. ATM/drive through lines are over 30 minutes during lunch or work rush. Phone lines put you on hold for over 30 minutes. Absolutely no way to get ahold of people for emergency needs.

I've banked with Landmark Credit Union for years. I've had wo auto loans and a mortgage, all of which I retired. They were excellent at one time. And the staff at the KK branch are so pleasant. After retiring my loans, I kept my checking, savings with Landmark for convenience sake, but it's been anything but convenient. I would classify Landmark as downright combative. First, let's talk about the fact that you cannot visit the lobby without an appointment, and wow, are they inflexible with appointment times. Time is of the essence in some cases, and just cannot wait days or weeks for a visit. Case in point, I recently had some fraudulent activity on my account; I'll get to that in a minute. But my first encounter with Landmark's aggressive policies was when the post office sent me a refund check for $40 but listed my business name on the check. Landmark would not accept it even though they could verify my identity--all of my other deposits come from my business (I am self-employed), so there was a valid connection. I had to make an appointment to open a business checking account to deposit this check several days out, wait for it to clear, move the balance to my regular checking, and close the account. The lobby visit was painful. I made it clear why I was there, and did not want to hear about various features I could add on to my business checking account--remember I intended to close it immediately after the check cleared. But alas... Today I had my debit card number compromised. I could pretty much nail down the source as I only used the card at a restaurant before having charges appear in my account. I tried to contact Landmark, but hey, the wait time was 45 minutes! This is common when trying to contact Landmark. Let me be clear: it is always the case. When I finally got a rep she was laughing about something with her "team lead." Funny, right? While I'm trying to explain to her that my debit card had been compromised. I called her out on it immediately, and asked if she needed to finish her conversation with her team lead before proceeding. Then she got very serious quickly and acted as if I'm the bad guy. This is why I decided to go with a national bank. There is no intrinsic value with Landmark. It's not a local relationship. It is a combative one. No thanks.

Only ever one or two people working the tubes the lines take forever and they won't let you inside. They gave me a debit card with no activation instructions so now I don't know my pin. The drive thru in cudahy is small and hard to navigate and it's always backed up. They need to open the bank by now and hire more staff. They could even have bankers coming inside and brining stuff out like a restaurant. I feel is cheap on the companies side to just make getting our money harder.

I often do two transactions in the same visit. The staff here is consistently incapable of using the account numbers on the deposit slips. It’s extremely disappointing to have to constantly return to the branch to have their errors fixed. Additionally, it makes by business books look bad, to have errors on a weekly basis.I would not recommend landmark to anyone. It is a regular problem at the Bay View branch as well.
