If I could give it zero stars I would. I have experienced duplicate payments two months in a row from this bank. Last month they returned it to my original account they took it from, this month they say it's not possible. I really hope that I'm able to get my money back because I have bills to pay. They also will not refinance my loan under my name only, even though I've never missed a payment in 3 years. I'm definitely looking into a different bank. One that actually cares about there customers and doesn't hangup on them when they call.

THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER USED. I purchased a car from Russ Darrow and unfortunately my loan is with Prime Financial. Most recently, I made a car payment and instead of taking out 1 payment, they took out 2. They acknowledged their mistake but instead of sending the money back to me through the method they took it out, they put it in a savings account at their bank not mine. I have been working for days to try to get connect my account with theirs. The website sucks and is not easily navigable. RUN, RUN fast from this bank. Just terrible. This is the second mistake they have made and my car loan is only 8 months old. I called Russ Darrow already and told them to stop getting loans through Prime. It's been over 10 days and still don't have my money back.Lisa

I do all of my banking at Prime Financial Credit Union Online. My review is not to correct, but to thank all the excellent people that have created a wonderful site to do all of my banking needs. It is always safe and secure and I feel perfectly comfortable having my retirement Social Security paycheck automatically sent to Prime Financial. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE TO BANK!! Consistent fraud on my debit card constantly I’ve replaced at least five different cards and once again I’m dealing with fraud issues. Consistently getting unknown fees that the staff cannot explain. They are not upfront when you’re opening your account with the fees and other charges, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Credit Union!!!

I have had absolutely wonderful experiences with Prime Financial. Most recently, I decided to purchase a car.As a first time car buyer I had no idea what I was doing. Thanks to Will Smith, I was able to get the car I wanted and, even better than that, I was able to afford it! Will spent an endless amount of time on the phone with me, answering all my questions and even catching mistakes the dealer made in calculating the taxes and fees.Prime has an asset on their hands and thanks to Will, I will be a member for a long time to come.Thanks Will!

I have my home mortgage, checking, and savings with Prime. It is accurate, convenient, and the staff memebers are friendly and helpful.

What could be improved?? Since I have a mortgage account with a mortgage balance and payments, I should be able to make a PRINCIPAL payment online. Currently, I must call in during normal business hours and try to reach a few specific supervisors to make this request. Sometimes I have to leave a message and wait to be called back. Please let me control ALL my accounts online and to make a principal payment on my mortgage as I desire.

I so like the Credit Union that I joined te Board of Directors. I have been on the Supervisory Committee for ten years or so. Prime is really serious about serving under-served populations. They are true practitioners of the credit Union Movement. The staff cares!

The website is user friendly enabling you to complete tasks with the least amount of effort. I also like the fact you will receive an alert/email for all login sessions, transactions, etc..

Good rates, like both the debit and credit cards. Especially like the online banking, but most of all the face to face experience. I have been with PFCU since 2006 and was not surprised when I recently financed a new car purchase on the phone due Covid 19. It went quick and easy and is now online with my other accounts. 5 Star

Long term customer and very disappointed with the direct deposit service. A customer shouldn't have to wait until your employee deposits payroll and it is different every week. Looking elsewhere for my checking/saving account needs.
