A lady there cancelled my card on a Saturday, with the bank being closed sunday after we had talked on the phone about replacing my debit card. i specifically told her to NOT cancel the one i was using at the moment so i could switch & manage all my accounts/subscriptions with that debit card, she said yeah and clearly understood i said i would come into the bank when i was ready to get a new debit card. she cancelled it either way & i had no way to pay for the things i was at the store buying, had no heads up, and will not be able to get work money for a whole week because of this fast switch, and not able to go in tomorrow to get it fixed. not sure why she would cancelled on a weekend!

I had just moved to Milwaukee recently and my mom and brother recommended Trustone. I'm so glad they did. Erin was very kind and helpful while she was helping me setting up a checking account. I definitely recommend Erin if your looking for a wonderful banker.

The entire staff at the Cudahy Trustone is friendly, personal and knowledgeable about their job. I want to thank Dan and Erin for the excellent manner in which they handled our account. Dan went above and beyond on his own to help with a matter that had nothing to do with my account there. I really appreciate good service and I received it there.

After cashing over 20 paychecks in 2021 at TruStone from my employer, today the Cudahy branch wouldn't deposit my paycheck. The snide bank teller didn't offer any resolutions other than telling me to open a NEW checking account. The bank teller's condescending words and attitude made me feel inferior. She appeared to enjoy seeing that I was upset, frustrated, and without a solution.I started banking with TruStone years ago hoping for thoughtful service and to work with a credit union, instead of a big bank. Clearly TruStone's Core Values of "collaboration" and "integrity" are for marketing purposes only.Today I'm closing my TruStone saving, checking, and loan accounts. I'll find a new banking institution that offers solutions and lives up to their core values. If you're researching possible credit unions, do not select TruStone. Do not select TruStone if you want collaboration and thoughtful service from Banking staff. Do not select TruStone if you want to trust your money with an institution that values you.Based on their delight in belittling customers, I'm certain TruStone won't care about this. But I'll be telling friends, family, my employer, and anyone who asks about how poorly I felt today.

We joined this bank over 2 years ago and very soon after began having issues. Fast forward to this week and now we have reached an end point. We set up our account so that no transaction could be approved unless we actually had money in the account. For months now they have stolen hundreds of dollars of our money in overdraft fees that were not supposed to happen at all. Then when we tried to get our money back we’ve only encountered unhelpful and rude interactions with various members of the bank branch itself and call center employees. We asked several times for a manager or supervisor to please contact us and we have not heard anything from anyone. The branch manager apparently doesn’t work wednesdays, Friday’s or saturdays and refuses to call his customers back. The last call center employee we talked to refused to have a supervisor or manager talk to us, saying “it was reviewed and they won’t contact you”. Several employees told us our next step is to contact the CEO and provide letters of explanation, but no one will give us the actual details on how you would do that. We were told no. So, as soon as possible we will be closing our account and I urge everyone to stay far away from this financial institution. For a credit union they sure act like Big Banks and certainly do not care about their customers. It’s sad when your own “trusted” credit union steals money from you even though you’ve begged them not too. It’s even sadder when the manager/supervisors and bosses ignore calls for help from their customers and refuse to talk to them like fellow humans. Please, for your financial security, do not go to any Tru Stone locations. They will rob you and then ignore you.

My brother passed away and I had to close his account. When I first went in I found trustone employees helpful. Unfortunately my brother left 2 people as beneficiarys (1 out of state), I tried to be as helpful as I could with info I have, being 1 of the two. Now I am told it could take another 2 or 3 weeks before the matter is resolved. Anyone who has had to bury a family member knows how you need to take care of everything and move on. Unfortunately trustone doesm't.

I have been a member of several credit unions and this Trustone is amazing. Allison has been so helpful over the years. I can't see belonging anywhere else. They are a friendly home town credit union.
