Should be ZERO stars. Postmaster Michelle Lucas called the police on my mother because she had the audacity to demand action for an overnight envelope that wasn't delivered on time, causing a multitude of other major issues. Michelle continuously took other customers, while simultaneously ignoring my mother's desperate pleas for assistance in getting a real person on the phone to help her resolve this issue. The issue is still not resolved. Unbelievably uncaring, and the worst thing I can wish for Michelle is that she's treated with the same lack of care that she extended to us. The postal service should (but of course won't) be ashamed that this is their representation and customer service. Just go find a UPS store...

This place has a long history of incorrectly sorting mail into wrong P.O. Boxes, causing unnecessary hassles and disruptions to my business. About a month ago, Landmark Credit Union (which is only about a mile away) mailed an important document to my P.O. Box.

Tried to return a $120.00 pair of shoes. The tracking number says the package was never submitted for mailing. It's been stolen by the clerk at this post office and I'm filing a complaint with the USPS Inspector General.Never mind, they don't care either. Done with the USPS. I will now pay extra to ship UPS, even if I get free shipping.

The clerk stole a pair of $120 shoes I was returning. She never entered the return into the system. I tried to contact the USPS Inspector General, but they don't care that postal workers are stealing. I'll pay to use UPS for returns before I use USPS again.

Very small and hidden place, really have to look for it in the strip mall. Doesn't offer alot of supplies.
