I highly recommend this location for it's very friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. They took the time to make sure I was given an accurate exam then helped me pick frames and lenses that best suited my needs. This was my first time at this location but the service and selection of eyewear will now make me a return customer!

Never again. The exam is specific to your insurance benefits and not the patient and with their pricing my out of pocket for the glasses was a lot! I made the appointment for eyeglasses ONLY but was told by a shaved headed "doctor" that it is now part of the exam. Obviously a complete lie. I should have walked out but did not and I regretted that decision because I almost got into a car accident after my eyes were dilated. Then after waiting 4 weeks I called to see if the glasses were ready only to find out that they were "reading" glasses that do not work when reading on a computer and therefore had to go back for a second exam to get the correct prescription. How does that even happen and who doesn't have to use a computer to work? Needless to say I have now spent more of my paid time off hours to go back to the clinic for the 3rd time. Of course they completely exhausted my ALL of vision benefits and will not be able to get the right pair of glasses until next year! I'm glad the walgreens reading glasses are working while waiting. I feel like I've been hustled.

I am amazed. I am a selective person, and I picked the right one, Dr. Cara Ystad is wonderful, kind, polite, professional, and very stylish, which I love so much. The staff was also so professional and polite.

****beware if you leave an honest review they will in fact retaliate against you***** I had been a customer of Dr.Miller since the early 90’s. Never had an issue until now. First was told my prescriptions didn’t change, fine I just needed new frames. Not only did the two women not help me with anything, no frame discussion, no talk of price range, they also measured me over 10 mm off. So when I finally get my frames they are I’ll fitting and I can’t see out of them. I come back- having to take more time off work, get told they would put a rush on the new lenses but it would take a week. When I called a week later they said they had no idea how long it would take. No help offered no compensation, all I was told is a manager can call you back at some point. I am beyond frustrated at the lack of attention to detail and lack of concern. ****Edit to this- my problems have NOT been solved. I went to pick up my “fixed” glasses today and they were still wrong. All they said is they could have me see the doctor again. But of course they didn’t have anyone available so I would need to make ANOTHER appointment and take more time off work. I was told my prescription didn’t change, why would I need to see them again. This is beyond frustrating, I need to have the bill removed from insurance as I will now need to go somewhere more competent. If I could give negative stars I would. You have wasted so much of my time.

Terrible. The good reviews are obviously fake because this place is waaay overpriced. A female or what appeared to be a female “doctor” with a shaved head did my exam. She was snooty and did not listen to one thing I said. Then they screwed up my prescription. Save yourself a lot of time and just goto Wisconsin vision or LensCrafters Sams or Walmart. This place is a complete joke! And I can’t wait to see the canned response from the “Business Owner”. Stop asking for 5 star reviews. EARN THEM!

Extremely expensive, way overpriced, will overcharge you then bill the insurance incorrectly. Doesn't keep good stock or selection of anything. The hairless female Dr didn't properly interview me. They're unable to answer patient questions properly and skate around any type of cost and billing questions. Basically this place is a nightmare. Way too many other places to deal with this absolute nonsense. Not sure how they're so overpriced but yet pay their younger goofy blonde clueless assistant or desk girl minimum wage. Every single employee in this place has NO customer service abilities and all have horrendous communication skills. Train wreck!!

Dr. Cara is the most badass, brilliant eye doctor Ive ever had. For me, the eye doctor is like the dentist for most people - my least favorite because eye exams always make me feel kind of d*** and confused. From the first minute, Dr. Cara was a blast to work with and I don’t think Ive ever had this much fun at an eye doctor appointment before. Highly recommend, especially if going to the eye doctor hasn’t always been your favorite, Dr Cara makes it infinitely better.

Eye appointment went fine. Online booking a plus.Ordered glasses 3/16/23.Receipt shows a "promise date" of 3/30/23.Received a "ready for pickup" notice on 4/19/23.Multiple communication lapses, as well as incorrect billing of insurance.You do not want to do business here. I should have heeded all of the low reviews. That they have to post vapid responses tells you something...[Update/edit: per below, I contacted patient relations multiple times. "Make this right" constituted of leaving me a phone message with an invalid call back number, stating the glasses were delivered.]

Staff is very pleasant but prices are way too high and they don't tell you what you are being charged until after the appointment. I suppose I could have asked but I didn't think it would be so pricey. Will not return.

Have had nothing but problem over the last few years - from wrong script in glasses, to being totally ignored while waiting for service.Dr. Mueller was fantastic but he has retired! Angie the tech who was there for mant years is gone now! New does not always mean better. k

Dr. Cara Ystad and staff are great! Got in for my appointment right on time, was taken care of for ordering contacts by friendly staff member. Stopped in a second time to try on glasses and was assisted by friendly staff as well. Will be continuing to go here!

Care providers and exam was great however the pricing was terrible. I was charged hundreds of dollars more than other locations I've been to. My suggestion, there are plenty of other places with equally qualified care givers that are far, far less expensive.
