Had 3 prescriptions sent at the same time went to pick them up only had one said they didn't receive the others called my Dr they resent in case call back lady said they were relieved hours ago and now is telling me that I have to wait a few hours before my other 2 are ready I've never had so many problems at walgreens till this one on Packard

Came here to pick up a friend’s prescription sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then when I call to say something to the store manager she wants to get an attitude and lie saying they are short staffed when I can see in the window and they have 5 ppl working in the pharmacy!! This Walgreens is even worse than the one on 14th and Burnham!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I had my prescription filled here. Appears I'm not the only one with complaints. Anyway long story long they didn't have the stock to fill my prescription so wanted to give me 5 pills and still charge me for a full prescription. I asked if any other Walgreens in the area could fill it but was told, even by the Pharmacy Manager Heather that they are just to busy to call and when they do call they too wait on hold for up to 45 minutes.Side Note: Napa auto didn't have a power steering pump in stock so they ordered it from another Napa store and had it there in 3 hours. Just sayin.They then cancelled my prescription and wouldn't pick up the phone to have my Doctor reissue it. Called corporate to complain and was basically told to leave a message and someone would get back to me.I try to support brick and mortar but Amazon can have it at my door tomorrow and its 33% less. Sorry Walgreens no longer a customer. Napa keep up the good work.

Don't use this walgreens. I called in my prescription and the girl who answered the phone read my prescription wrong, told me I wasn't due for another prescription until August because I already received a 60 days supply. I told her it was a 30 day supply and I take 2 tabs daily,she proceeded to tell me I needed to call my insurance company because there's also a claim on my prescription as though it was being filled somewhere else. blah blah blah. Long story short, I called another walgreens location and filled my prescription no problem. I went to this location to complain and the girl had the audacity to continue to tell her weird story to pharmacist who apologized but was visibly annoyed. To the girl, you don't know what ur doing or saying. YOU should have apologized for giving me false information and admitted ur mistake. But u didn't because u didn't want to appear like u didn't know what u were doing..But ur boss saw ur incompetence in the system herself. Not sorry. Retrain

I would never use this Walgreens again. They gave my pregnant gf the runaround when shes sick with the flu and needs the meds she has been prescribed to be able to eat and keep food down and keep our baby healthy. We went to an urgent care Monday and today they are still saying they are being processed. Told us they needed to call the urgent care to get the proper dosage. Another call later told us we needed to call the urgent care ourselves and tell them to call the Walgreens. Seems very unprofessional and seems like they don't know what they doing. We call up the urgent care and they tell us that the Walgreens has not tried calling them once meaning the pharmacist just lied to get the call over with... The urgent care ended up resending the prescription to the one in South Milwaukee. The urgent care thought it was ridiculous considering the meds they gave us work best within 2 day of symptoms they understood unlike the Walgreens how important the medications were. If you work here you should be ashamed of how unprofessional and how bad your customer service.

I went to pick up my medicine after my urgent care visit, and they told me to come back in 2hrs. I did and they said to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes and told me they didn't have the medicine in stock. Wasted my entire day since they decided to not tell me from the start that they didn't have the medicine for my infection. Never had trouble in the past with them until now.

Always is such a long wait for my prescriptions to be filled. The whole pharmacy staff is so slow. I have always had good experiences at other walgreen's, but this one needs new employees, restructure of how things should be done. Looking for a different pharmacy!

The main pharmacist here is awful. She is rude to patients, provider offices, and even has gone as far as shaming a patient for a medication she was taking in front of other customers. Walgreens should consider hiring someone who actually is in the field to be helpful to those in need.

I had an issue with something or another every single time I went here. Super disappointed in the whole process of refilling my prescription through the pharmacy. They are VERY slow. They didn’t give me my ID or credit card back when I was in the drive through one day. They made mistakes on my prescriptions multiple times and I had to wait while they retyped everything. Just Would not recommend if you like an easy quick process for your pharmacy needs.

I’m writing this review to warn patients to double check your prescriptions before taking or administering any prescription. I just learned my dad was given the wrong prescription by Walgreens. Thank god he noticed the pills looked different & the name of the prescription was wrong before he started taking them. When it was brought to Walgreens attention they just acted like it was No big deal. I’m not really sure how they should have handled it but a complaint should have been made against the tech and pharmacist. This mistake could have been life threatening! If my dad took a picture or video of this mistake I will be filing a complaint with BBB. So please double check your prescriptions!!! This happens more than people think and nothing will be done unless there’s a death. This is people’s lives and pharmacists need to be made accountable & documented. If it’s a regular mistake being made by a pharmacist or pharmacy technician then they need to lose their license. Do not trust a stranger w/your life bottom line! I hope this does Not happen to anyone else. My Father as changed pharmacy’s and other family who formally received their medications from this Walgreens has changed as well.

A better than average Walgreen's in that it's not just clean and well stocked, but the workers here are pretty efficient. I've never had to wait in a long line that wasn't moving.
