There are two pharmacists and want to clarify that this review is for the female not the male who was very compassionate.
She was not only unprofessional by hanging up on me but her lack of compassion is deplorable.

Everyone that works here is useless and lazy. Stop closing your pharmacy early and stop giving wrong information on prescription costs over the phone. I can't stand this location.

I think a lot of people don't realize the difficulties that pharmacies face, and instead do what's easy like complain from an uninformed position. I'm not going to break it down but most of the issues that people run into aren't because of mistakes or problems with the pharmacy: it's problems with insurance and more specifically, the customers having zero clue about what their insurance covers or doesn't. Granted, that's difficult for many because it requires reading and patience, something which so many in our society lack as basic skills. I had one mildly negative incident here (out of dozens) that was almost certainly a misunderstanding, and I swept it under the rug because every single other time the customer service has been excellent, fast, and thoughtful. Keep up the good work, I appreciate you all. Oh and to anyone reading this, get vaccinated please, they do a great job here.

First thing in the morning I get the you got a prescription waiting, next text. I go a pick it up. After waiting a long time to get my prescription I was told I couldn't have it yet. It just needed to be scanned. When I got home they gave me a prescription I told them Last Month I could No Longer take it. So they charged my insurance company. Can't take it back or get a medication off your auto refill.

I like this location because I can honestly say that I cannot remember ever having to wait in the checkout line for more than just a couple minutes. This location has never been busy whatsoever, at least not during the times when I have been there (the store, as wel as the pharmacy).

Good pharmacist’s who seem to know a lot about most of the prescriptions that I have picked up from this Walgreens. The store is Usually pretty quiet, which I like so I can get in and out swiftly. It is also right next to my bank, so I stop there partially because of how convenient it is for me.

No, avoid them unless u have all day to wait for your prescriptions, honestly CVS down the street is way better and the people are more pleasant unlike the Rude Miguel at Walgreens...

I’ve never had issues at this pharmacy & I’ve been coming here for at least 8 years. An old Asian pharmacist, Sandy, who I’ve never seen before, is the least understanding, most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. The pharmacy closes from 1:30-2 so the staff can take a break. I got there at 1:22. There was a customer in front of me who had no prescriptions ready and was just dillydallying. As the technician was checking this lady out it turned 1:30 and Sandy peeked her head around & told me she can’t help me because I’m “infringing on her break time”… She was hidden the whole time, knowing I was standing there - she could’ve checked me out really quick. The technician was willing to get my prescription but Sandy made a big fuss. I’m a CNA, in which school to be a nurse & I work doubles the next 4 days, so thanks to Sandy I’m out of a prescription for 5 days that shouldn’t be skipped at all.

SLOWWWWW!! I made a complaint, and I received a call at 9 pm. from the pharmacy. I asked her if she knew what time it was, and she informed me of how inconvenienced she was. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. But these days, if you change pharmacies, they act like you are a criminal and you are up to something.

Absolutely the slowest pharmacy staff you'll ever suffer through. We get all our prescriptions sent here because it's three blocks away. Thinking I'll just throw a hat on, some slippers and whip through the drive through to get my stuff. However, if there's more than one car ahead of me it takes at least 10 minutes and a couple times over 20 minutes to get served. They have two lines but they never serve two people at once so why bother? Thinking any other pharmacy in the area would be faster and worth the extra drive!

very long wait times at the pharmacy. i waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru last thursday just for one prescription pick up(3-4 cars in line total including me). ridiculous.
