“Manager was super efficient and adapted membership needs.Would give 5 stairs if more equipment/different brand but realize I'm hard-core with my workouts. Gym does get the job done for basic fitness needs.Have 6 locations now too so they're growing quickly! Equipment clean and maintained as staff has cleaners even throughout all the regulation inconsistencies; good work.”

“This just isn't a fitness center... this place has an amazing owner with a bright happy warm soul. Not that it doesn't hurt that she has a great clean place to workout.... they have a sheet to keep you on track... and classes! During this hard time with so much confusion.. especially with the limit of time in the weight room at school.. our youth has found a place to workout as well! All sizes and ages welcome!”
