I've been going here for 3 months now and have seen the cleaner several times. Very nice guy. Also had lost money once in a machine and was refunded no problem. Wish I knew about the loyalty program sooner. Look at the sign above change machine. It works

It has gone down hill this past year bad. It used to be clean and functioning and now half the time the machines take your money or there’s yellow cards up on all of them. It’s so sad it used to be the place to go.

Washers and dryers are fine. 3 stars because of the scary cleaning guy. We won't go there anymore, instead, we'll drive to Webster or Siren. I don't like being harassed by his loud voice. I was ready to call my husband to come back from his errands.
