The Storage Guy is locally family owned and operates several self-storage and warehouse facilities throughout the Madison/Dane County. Mini Storage: Climate controlled (heated, air conditioned, and dehumidified) mini storage units from 6'x7' up to 19'x29'. The facility is fenced and secure with a security gate and 24 hour access. Semitruck access Storage Condominium: Each unit is 735 square feet up to 11,744 square feet C-2 zoning with some limitations 100 amp power panel metered separately 13' trench style floor drains inside overhead doors 12’ wide x 14’ tall overhead door with electric opener Each unit is temperature controlled (heating and air conditioning) Each unit is insulated with R-38 in ceilings and R-16 on walls Semitruck access
