Jeff and Aaron were so helpful in moving items for me & helping me out with the perfect units for temporary storage of my mom's belongings. They're always incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend The Storage Guy for any storage or moving needs.

We haven’t even started renting yet, but The Storage Guys have already made a great impression! Jeff is awesome—so energetic and easy to talk to. You can tell he really cares, and it's clear why people keep coming back. We just started a small business, and he was genuinely excited for us. Aaron, his assistant, was also super polite and made my 7-year-old feel right at home. We’re so excited to rent with this amazing team!

I couldn't image any safer, more secure storage for my car. Jeff is very responsive and he checks the cars and the battery tenders often. I store my car and don't think of it until Spring. Jeff takes care of the rest!

I highly recommend The Storage Guy! It's a refreshing change to have someone answer the phone and get friendly personal service. I called to inquire and Jeff picked up the phone, offered to show me the unit right away. Then met me the next day to sign the lease, show me how to get in and out, and give me the keys. You are dealing with a friendly small business that is there to help and the facility is new and clean. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

I have been really impressed with the customer service I was given from Jeff, as I rented my storage unit. He was very quick to set up my account and introduce me to the storage unit. Jeff was extremely professional and explained the sign up, autopay, providing a password, ect. The entire process to learn and use the storage unit was made very easy, and everything thing worked as it should. The storage unit, as well as the grounds of the storage unit are kept extremely clean. They even provide carts for moving items, and a broom should you need to clean up. If you need a storage unit, I would highly recommend The Storage Guy!

Their website was super straightforward, I got a ton of information from just looking around. When I was ready to tour, Jeff was easy to get a hold of, and was very accommodating in showing me the various locations and units they had available. He was informative, didn't pressure me into making a decision, and even walked through the lease in detail when I did decide to rent! I've so far been pleased with the unit (and its quality) I've selected.
