Every single day whoever delivers the mail to our house, gives us someone else's mail.

This may be a great post office, but it houses the mail and checks sent in by unknowing people who are being scammed by a supposed spiritual healer named Padre. He says that he predicts the future, but you have to send him money so he can tell you more. This is the post office he uses. He has been taking peoples money for years. If you see him, run. He will try and bamboozle you too!

Slow service, long lines, and unfriendly staff. Save yourself the trouble and time and choose a different branch!

Package sent on 11/9 arrived 11/13 to Waunakee. They hold it for 45 cents undercharge, and my first notice was 43 days later, on 12/26, with a note saying it's my last warning before return. Was also my first warning. I shared with the desk person this was very disconcerting, she said they had been extremely busy over the past month. This is the 4th such type of incident, and just shows this is a substandard branch. The people working in this unit don't seem to have basic pride in the work. They just don't seem to care much.

This is a small post office, but carries the necessities. There are PO boxes, Priority Mail, packaging supplies (though you must purchase or bring your own packaging tape. That's clearly stated by the supplies, a bit of a bummer if you are in a hurry, but you can Priority Mail something with the self adhesive boxes/envelopes if you don't want to buy tape.) What's great? The service is quick and friendly. I was out the door in less time than it took to look up the address I was mailing to. What's not as awesome? Parking. It is a small lot, but considering I was one of three customers in the store there should be plenty of room. But the lot was full. I'm not sure where all those vehicles came from, but the street is also lined with cars most likely at the fire station across the street or the apartment complex. Regardless, they have the fun stamps in stock every time I go there, service is quick and friendly and as long as I can park I will continue to go to this post office.
