Sorg's Quality Meats and Sausages is a family-owned meat processing plant and specialty grocery store located in Darien. This includes bratwurst, bison, lamb chops, steak, burgers, and everything in between. Their brats are noted as the finest, most delicious, and juicy, with no gristle. They are also known for custom beef processing and custom cuts. The business provides assorted beef sticks and amazing jerky in multiple varieties, as well as real cured dried beef. Additionally, shoppers can find all the Wisconsin cheese they love, homemade pies, fun blue raspberry licorice, and other unique Wisconsin food items. The attendants at the counter are helpful and honest, ensuring good service even when busy. Many customers find it truly worth the drive and a must-stop on future road trips, having never been disappointed.
Best place in WI, wish they had more access for a semi truck to roll in and out (trucker) who always stops in. Not cheap but quality isn’t cheap.

Went to Darion corn festival and picked up a pork chop sandwich from their booth, & wow I was blown away from the flavors that tickled my tongue. After trying that very tasty pork chop ,I'm planning on stopping by and stocking up on their meats.
