About West Park
West Park is a good place to take the kids, with a safe playground that is in pretty good shape and maintained well. It is a dog-friendly place with a large area for them and has a picnic area to enjoy with family. The park hosts Corn Fest, a real nice small town event and great community gathering with good food, great free sweet corn, rides, and fantastic pulled pork sandwiches and bratwurst. It is a fantastic time and worth a drive to visit.

They have a wonderful Walker's path around the park. It's always quiet, pleasant and safe.

Nice playground, sand volleyball, baseball fields and a large Pavillion. Lots of parking too.
