Perfect for impressing guests on my cheese boards. It also goes well in my salads! The sweet fruit with the savory cheese is the perfect sweet and salty treat even by its self. I like to use my air fryer it only takes a few minutes.

Great cheddar and nice folks. The lady running the booth at the Madison State St farmer's market was so kind... she gave me an ice pack so I could bring back some of Wisconsin's best cheese to NYC!! The jalapeño flavor was salty and satisfying.
