If you are looking to buy a new or used Jeep, Dodge, Ford or Chrysler vehicle, I highly recommend Virtue Motors. Stryker Fitzsimons was knowledgeable, courteous and all & all a very pleasant Salesman. Nothing better than a no pressure purchase. He was also very good at explaining the various features & how to use them on the RAM we bought. No doubt we will go back again when we want to trade.

Recently bought a used truck from Virtue Motors. I live an hour and 45 min. away from the dealership. We found this online and drove up after hours to get eyes on it. Pic don't show all and I am particular. The truck was as described. So my wife and I took our truck to see what kind of deal we could come up with. We met with DJ (our salesman) and Travis, the owner. We came to a deal and shook hands, that was it. No pushy sales or sitting down with the finance manager to sell you warranties and undercoating. This was the best car buying experience I have had in years. Love and miss the small town family owned buying experience. 5 stars all around.

I have bought 2 vehicles and have had them do all the service on both, I have been very satisfied with Virtue. I highly recommend Chad as a salesman. He's honest, fair and no pressure.

In the past 22 years my husband and I have purchased over 17 vehicles, both new and used, either in Madison or Janesville. I often compare buying a vehicle equal to having a "root canal"...until buying a used Toyota Truck yesterday at Virtue Motors, Darlington. Mr. and Mrs. Virtue are "Gems". Travis Tilton was fabulous to work with and gave us a really good and fair deal. I know we would come back for our next new vehicle, if only they sold Toyota's!

Typical of what the locals told me when I moved in. I looked at a Buick got to the tail end of the deal and of course NOW there’s things that are needed with the vehicle. It’s fine but that’s not how I do business I wasted time going back and fourth with loan officers for a car that, while slightly over priced looked very clean. Just to get the classic run around if I wanted that I’d go to Rockford. They lamented that Mr virtue has been at it for 40 years expressing longevity means quality. I know a lot of poor dealerships that’ll be around another 40 years doesn’t mean their good. I recommend pioneer they seemed pretty straight forward. Or the Kia dealership in Dubuque they have a lot of flexibility. Update got a 2004 town car with 80k fully loaded unlimited 5100 out the door in Platteville and I’ve driven it 300 miles already too and from work no light no issues god speed everyone (:

My fiance and I drove to Darlington wi (hour and a half) for a charger she really liked online. We test drove it and liked it so we went back in and put in a cash offer. CASH, no financing or anything, and the salesman talks for a minute and ends his sentence with "I accept your offer of $XXXX". He proceeds to tell us that he had someone else interested and as a courtesy he wants to call and inform the other person that we want it. He didn't get ahold of him and says he'll call back in 15 mins, so in the meantime we get all the paperwork filled out and I get insurance put on the vehicle. Literally all that's left to do is put down our signatures and hand him the cash that was infront of him. He goes back to call the guy and gets ahold of him, after talking on the phone for several minutes, he comes back and tells us "Sorry but the other guy decides he wants it and I can't sell it to you". This guy is also an hour away and we're sitting here literally one minute from completing everything. Even though he verbally said he accepts our offer, he then declined our offer after all the paperwork and insurance was done.
