You did great. Any problem that came up you were on it and resolved any issue quickly. I never worried about running low on LP. Your web sit worked great and you always knew my fuel level. I am only switching due to price. now aday every little bit helps keep us above water. Thanks so much.

Amerigas charged me $456.28 for the installation of a tank monitor when it should have been free.When I initially called Amerigas I was told the charges would be reversed. When I didn't receive the credit, I contacted Amerigas again. This time I was told the charge was legitimate and there would be no refund. Finally, a local representative stepped in to help resolve the issue. I was told the monitor installation should have been at no charge and that the money would be refunded. After waiting several days beyond when the adjustment was to be made, I contacted the local rep again. Within a few days, part of the money was credited to my Amerigas account. I contacted the local rep again and she helped me receive the balance due to me.I am very disappointed with Amerigas. And why was the credit applied to my Amerigas account rather than to my credit card? Help me understand how and why these things happened.

Received my bill but not for 1.59 a gallon like the code was for. Called twice an still no new bill like they said. Time for the bbb to get involved. Bill was due 5-6

Awful experience. The agent English was so poor it was difficult to understand. Asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me.
