I had a sudden brake issue on my vehicle that was a safety issue and required immediate attention. I contacted Auto Aces the next morning and was advised to drop the vehicle off and they’d do their best to at least diagnose it that same day. They not only diagnosed the issue, but also kept me fully informed and completed the repairs by the end of business hours. I had reviewed all of the positive feedback online, and can now attest to the incredible customer service and care provided by their staff. You’ve not only earned my loyalty, but I will recommend Auto Aces to anyone searching for auto repair services.

Absolutely excellent service. My daughter ran over something and flattened two of her tires. We had her car towed to Auto Aces of DePere because it was close to where her car was. We had no dealings with Auto Aces before and I was a little leafy, but….. the initial contact was exceptionally helpful and the Cheyenne helped spectacularly! They were able to quote get and install 4 tires all in one day! (her other Two “good” tires had more than 40k miles on them and were towards the end of the expected life). Very grateful for their help and excellent service. I would recommend Auto Aces of DePere to anyone!

My son's 2010 Equinox transmission was going out so he contacted a local shop of a chain company. He waited 5 weeks for them to find a used transmission without success. I contacted Brian at Auto Aces and within 3 days it was repaired and back on the road for less than the other shop's estimate. I can't say enough good things about this company and their service. I would recommend them to anyone with car issues.

Was able to walk in for a tire issue and they helped me instantly at no charge. "Just wanted a tire that hit a curb checked." Pomps wouldnt give me the time of day. I'll just bring everything to Auto Aces first, from now on.
