Never feel seen or heard at my appointments. Nurses say they'll do something and then just hang up and don't do what they say they'll do. Usually have to call them back numerous times to remind them. Go to my appointment and wait an hour to talk to my doctor for maybe 10 mins and get charged for nothing. Waste of time. Definitely Waste of money! They simply don't care.

Uncaring, lack of empathy. Waste of time and money. Dr.Triton J Krizenesky doesn't listen and care for his clients. Now I understand why most clinics had no DR available, including mine and he had lots of time slots available at his. I think any CNA would have done a better job.

Outstanding care starting with PAR staff who maintained a good balance between professionally and personally engaging me. Tanya Sievert, APNP had me stop in x-ray before meeting with me (very efficient). The x-ray tech was very pleasant and professional. The MA was professional, but went along with my humor (see White Coat anxiety). Ms Sievert was professional, very sharp, very thorough and went with my humor. She asked for a PT consult and he (I can't recall his name, but he referred to himself as "the bald guy") was there immediately after my visit with Ms Sievert. He was also professional, sharp, thorough and went with myhumor while he worked some of his PT magic on my knee. My knee's getting progressively better since.

The doctors take the time to listen. Everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.

My first appointment I went in early, brought all my medications. The nurse was lovely and took me back said the doctor would be there in a moment. An hour past my appointment time I finally leave because I had another appointment. But you know, I understand the patient before me must have really needed some help. Go to rescheduled appointment, have to bring my baby with me. I come a little early. We wait, and wait, and wait some more. There was a sign saying to come up to the desk if you've been waiting for more than 20 mins. I wasn't sure if that was after my appointment time or when I came in. I finally get called in 19 mins after my appointment time. Okay fine I guess they've been really busy. I finally get in, talk to the doctor, get a prescription and call it day. Days pass, I call my pharmacy, they say they're waiting on paperwork from my doctors. Okay call my doctor's they say that they sent it. Repeat about two or three more times.At this point, I'm just going to go somewhere else.

I had gone to this facility for the first time. The doctor Stephen Cruz was super professional. Super considerate and helped me get fixed up in no time. Nicely decorated place.

I sadly have to mirror the prior reviews. Wait time to see the doctor was over an hour, the nurse was very rude but eventually became tolerable, I was supposed to have a phone call this morning regarding test results which I never got. I eventually called the office at 4:30pm and am now waiting for a callback- unacceptable when you are waiting for a test on something that can be life altering . 2 stars because it was easy to get an appt, but I wouldn’t make this office my first choice.

The doctors I've seen here do not seem very knowledgeable nor were they helpful in any recommendations or guidance regarding the major health issues I've seen them for. Two different docs on two different occasions within the past year or so - not very impressed by how they handled things. Just recently called and told the gal at the front desk I needed either the doctor or nurse to contact me back to review some test results - no callback. Considering the diagnosis could be deadly, this is unacceptable.

Bellin West DePere ripped us off. Doing due diligence, we called upfront to get an estimate of a regular office visit and they told us the cost would be 300 for a visit and 30 for lab work. The day of the visit we spent 45 minutes providing them information they were asking for. Then the doctor walks in on a hurry saying there are a lot of things here and we will need to focus on only one thing. He quickly rushes us through and turns out our bill was three times what they said. He must have spent 15 minutes with us. They straight out lied in the bills claiming that we had two visits, charged many hundreds of dollars more what what they said would cost 30 dollars.Stay away and be careful with the bill.They are out ripping people to make them money and don't seem to care about the health of people. We did the right thing to ask up front and they still ripped us off eye to eye. Organizations like this don't last and they surely will not.
