Cvs pharmacist was supposed to call about returning a libre 2 reader. Did.not need and returned it immediately, she stated it was prescribed and could not be returned. Not a drug, unopened, 65 $ later have never heard from her. I will look into this and call you. Never heard from this woman and she was the pharmacist. I understand laws, but at least call me when you say you're going to. This was de pere cvs on main.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they couldn’t run it through my insurance because there wasn’t enough information on my card. I said I’ve had this card and this insurance for 10 years and never been told I need to call my insurance company for more information. The pharmacist told me in a snotty tone that she had been working at CVS for 10 years as to imply she knew better than I did. I told her then it must be time for her to have some continued education. She called me rude. I called and had the prescription transferred to a competent pharmacy and CVS took over 5 hours to do so. Long story short…the new competent pharmacy and pharmacist filled my prescription quickly even after much delay from CVS. Out of curiosity I called my insurance about the missing information on my card. They said typically the pharmacist would call in quickly for the information while you wait but they must not have wanted to bother with helping me. The second and competent pharmacy took care of it without a mention. Save time and headaches and stay away from CVS on Main in DePere!!

The worst pharmacy staff I have ever had to deal with, they do not listen, they over talk you, rude! Definitely need some customer service training

Every experience I’ve had with the pharmacy and pharmacists has been unpleasant. They are rude and not helpful and prescriptions take over 15 minutes when you try and pick them up. I am switching to another pharmacy with kinder employees and I suggest you do as well.

The best pharmacy team I have ever encountered. I moved 20 mins away and still go here even with a CVS 2 mins away because of the pharmacist Kiera and the rest of the pharmacist techs and team. They always go above and beyond, even tho they are always busy, it’s a small team that I always see working what seems like all the time. But they remain so kind, understanding, and willing to work with me. My first experience with Kiera, I had snapped at her because I was very sick and having issues with medication being refilled, I called after I left and explained why I was in that state and apologized and she immediately understood and was just kind and non judgmental. Especially with me being a recovering addict, she or any of them have never shown judgment over medications, versus other pharmacies I have been treated like a drug seeker. This makes a huge difference for my life and I just appreciate that kind of no stigma no judgment attitude from medical professionals with so many negative experiences in the past.. they and Kiera especially have built personal connections with me, they understand my schedule, get my prescriptions ready so quickly, and if they can’t because of timing, I give them all the time they need as I understand they will put it as priority and won’t forget. They’ve gone out of their way to do things for me without even asking. I just really appreciate them beyond belief and what they’ve done for me over the past couple years, and how easy they’ve made getting the medications I need & how much relief it’s put on my busy schedule. Kiera needs some recognition and praise for her wonderful character and how much she truly cares for each person and how it shows through her consistent bubbly and caring personality. And every pharmacy tech are amazing too.

I love CVS. My only gripe is that they don't provide wifi, however, they heavily promote the use of their app in the store.

I have been a regular customer of CVS on Main St. in De Pere for many years. The store is clean and is run well with the main Manager and Assistant Manager. However the pharmacy has bottomed out in the last few months. The staff is incredibly rude, many new staff in and out. Many medications out of stock at times. It once was a great place with excellent customer service and quality care! I miss those days! I still love CVS. But not this one!!!

Drive thru is ridiculous. Takes forever to get helped, employees take their sweet time even when the line is around the building. There’s two lanes but they don’t take cars in order. Don’t go if you don’t have ample time to wait. Also will send a text to pick up and when you get there they don’t always have all your prescriptions ready. Or not at all. Very frustrating.

Stopped in tonight in search of a hard to find pro biotic. I was warmly greeted by Oscar who helped me search high and low. There was a young lady working as well that I didn’t catch her name. She also came to help search, and actually found what I needed after asking questions. Thanks to these two hopefully I will be on the road to recovery. They have a website listed on the bottom of the receipt so you can fill out the survey however the link doesn’t work. Hopefully management reads this and gives the two employees the praise they deserve!!
