Andy and the Versus staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Car is 2017 Subaru CrossTrek. Deer hit me in the psgr side front end, damaged hood, bumper, lights, quarter panel and door. After I filed the initial claim, VS worked directly with (Traveler) insurance to settle up all costs. The job on the car is excellent; all pieces fit together tightly and color match is perfect.

Versus did a great job on our van. Andy was fair, friendly and professional. Communication needs a little improvement; but overall we had a great experience with Versus. If we hit another deer, we will be back.

I had a dent in my van and some rust around the dent. They were able to pop the dent out, shave off the rust, and paint everything over very nicely. It looks like there was never any damage there. The price was fair, and they were very honest with me about all of my options. I would definitely go back.

I recently had my rear passenger door vandalized by a person who keyed it. I also had a slight bump repaired and repainted on the tailgate. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work. John, the estimator and owner, also provided a loaner vehicle, FREE OF Charge for the 4 days it took to complete the repairs. If another incident happens to my car I am not looking elsewhere for repairs.

Andy was a pleasure to work with and did a great job on repairing my front bumper and headlight. The communication throughout the whole process was very efficient and prompt. He even fixed up my mirror when it wasn't a part of the quote -- very genuine guy! Definitely recommend!!
