They were kind enough to help me with my Husqvarna machine's tension issue even though they don't handle this brand. The gentleman took care of it right away when I brought it in and he went above and beyond by instructing me on the tension setting, proper threading and inserting the bobbin case. Thank you!!!

I had my old White sewing machine tuned up. The gentleman who worked on it called me to tell me what he did even though it was written on the work order. It's a very heavy machine and when I took it home, the woman working loaded it in my car for me. Great service. Nice people.
