Absolutely terrible place to pick up a load. You set a scheduled appointment to pick up and you sit for hours before getting loaded or even talked to.

What a joke. Been the only truck here nearly 4 hours and they haven't even started loading. Come to find out they don't even have the product ready that they called to have shipped.
