Manager came outside and yelled at me for parking in front of the next door business that I was picking food up from. Told me it was a fire lane. Nowhere does it state that it is a fire lane. Best part is, a ups customer parked right behind me in said "fire lane" and he said nothing to them. I was parked for less than 2 minutes, the ups customer was inside for several. Will definitely continue to use USPS down the street.

Employees here opened my package, filled it with nuts/bolts, resealed and sent to vendor. My package was a 1/4 zip jacket return to my employer. Fortunately, my employer was insured insomuch to take my word, but regardless, an employee(s) swapped my contents out.

I have never had a good experience here. The workers are frequently rude and unhelpful. Willing to try a location less convenient to avoid this location.

Brought my Amazon return, was labeled as “customer pack” so I made sure to put it in a box. I didn’t tape it correctly, so the man working VERY RUDELY told me that my package was not considered packed and he would have to charge me $2 to pack it for me. I would have needed a 3 inch section of tape. He was extremely disrespectful and was attacking me for not following Amazon policy. I understand policy, but come on. You can’t hand me a 3” piece of tape? He handled the situation so poorly and it’s ridiculous he even has a job there. Your job is customer service, the least you can do is treat people with respect. Totally uncalled for.

I'm giving 1 star because there are no zero stars. Mike and Charlie is like a really bad radio show- their service level is so bad that it is comical. they are just so bad. they are stuck in the day when service did not matter. stay away if you can. unless you want to get very frustrated.

Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will be driving to the other side of De Pere to use Pack and Ship from now on. Save yourself a headache.

I agree with one reviewer about the tape. My main complaint is the inconsistency in policies. In the same week I had two large Amazon returns. On the Monday, I had it all boxed up but no tape. They took it without question. When I went back on Saturday with a different return (same Amazon “customer packed” instructions as the previous package) again I had it all boxed up without tape. The person refused to take it. He said they could tape it for me for $2.00. Now, am I complaining about the policy? Not necessarily. While I agree it is a bit much, their policy is their policy. I have a problem with it not being consistently enforced. Had I known based on my experience earlier in the week, I would’ve taped it before arriving.Additionally, the person “helping” me was quite rude. It turns out, he’s a manager. Mike is his name. He could definitely use some empathy training. I explained to him that earlier in the week they didn’t ask me to tape it and he just kept saying no. I will avoid using this location if at all possible. I agree that I might have to go there for my Amazon returns but I won’t be spending money there.Another experience I had there once was regarding a zip code. I had a wrong city zip code combination and they just refused to help me figure it out. Just rudely kept saying “well we can’t find it”.Go across the street to Fed Ex or to the USPS office up the road. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences there.Side note: that USPS was able to help solve my zip code problem and they did it with a smile.

All of the people I have dealt with at this location have been extremely friendly and helpful. I’m here at least once a week and have never had any problems. Everyone is so nice ?

I have been using this store to return my Amazon packages and it has been horrible every time. The only reason why I keep using them is because they are the closest store to me. Several of the male employees I have worked with have been rude to me. The one today made a comment saying that my scan code only went to one item pointed to the one and said "see one" in a demeaning tone. I had tried to make it as easy for them as possible by returning as many items as possible in each scan order, but something got messed up and I had to do each one separately. The whole time the guy was just putting off 'I hate my job' vibes and refused to say anything at the end of my return when I said thank you and have a nice day. If you are looking for someone friendly look elsewhere, if you are looking for someone to be rude to you and treat you poorly this UPS store is the place.

Swindler's Paradise. This review is to share how awful the owner of this place, Mike Jardin is; and how abysmal is the service that he provides. Today, I went in for service, for which I called ahead of time to inquire about availability, and the cost. The service gets done in a haphazard way and the bill does not match the quote he provided on phone. Upon asking for clarification, he blows up like a volcano. Some of the statements made by him were: * "I made these photocopies for you instead of asking you to make them yourself, on the machine so I should be charging you more" (Despite the fact that I asked him if I can make copies myself) * "Is $2 too much for you to pay?" * This one takes the cake: While I'm standing there trying to understand why there is a difference in the bill, he snatches the documents from my hand and tells me to get out of his store and find another place to get my documents copied. I was in the verge of tears. The last time I checked this country is not North Korea, but the United States of America; and his name is not Kim Jong Un, but Mike Jardin. I was like for real dude? I spent last 20 minutes calling you and, in your store, and now you're basically telling me to leave empty handed. If you were not capable of providing a service at the terms you mentioned on a phone call, you should tell me earlier. This is not the first time he has acted like a thug. In 2020 I had a shipment that needed to be shipped along with a return label. Both outbound and inbound shipping fees were paid, and the shipping labels were printed. Then I felt it was better if I use a waterproof envelope for shipping, so I asked him to hand me the labels, so that I can ship the documents once I acquire a waterproof envelope. Mike Jardin outrightly refused to hand them over, stating that because the labels were printed at his store, the shipment must leave from his store. Which makes absolutely no sense to me. In hindsight, there was more than 90% chance that the shipment was going to leave from his store. But there was no need for him to hold my fully paid shipping labels hostage. I reported him to UPS, but UPS expressed inability to intervene because he is considered an independent franchisee owner, not a UPS employee. Not sure how UPS vets the people they lend franchisee to.

Great place and helpful staff mostly, the little bald guy in there is quite rude tho for no reason. Everyone else was ok. And I must say, Quite sad people are giving bad reviews over masks. Covid is over. Get over it. It has a 0.01 chance to kill you.

The customer service at Depere location is downright horrible! This is the second time I’ve had the same exact problem here! I had a return to Amazon and when the same person said to me “the printer is over there, you go do it yourself “ I said I’m not sure how, no response!! So I went up there and said it’s not working, he then had no compassion at all and said “then email it to us”I ended up walking out! I will never go back in there again!!!!!

If other places accepted Amazon returns I would go there. Some of the workers here are not friendly. Also if you have to box up your own stuff make sure to have your own tape... not that $1 is a lot but for real I was using my own box and of course they wanted to charge something like really its a piece of tape.
