The staff at the Verizon location provided wonderful and amazing customer service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff answer questions thoroughly and patiently. The store was not busy, brief wait time and brief service. The customer get great help with phone upgrade, screen protector, lens protector, and iCLOUD acct. The staff explained options clearly and provided all needed accessories. The experience is incredible, super, and awesome, with fun conversation and complete assistance. The location on West Side and other nearby locations keep receiving the best help, make customer want to go back for all phone related needs.
Had a great experience upgrading my phone, Dylon was very welcoming and friendly. Brad was also there and included me in conversation that made waiting for the transfer fun!! I plan to come back in a week after they got me hooked on a deal.
