Dr. Wagner is the type of healthcare provider everyone needs in their life! I was new to integrative medicine and wasn't sure what to expect, but it was life changing. Hearing a physician's opinion on my overall health from mental wellness to vitamins and medication all while keeping my health goals in mind, is a type of consultation on their health that everyone needs. I felt overwhelmed with where to start on my wellness journey, and she made it so much easier with her comforting approach. Plus, follow her on social media for amazing health tips coming from someone actually trained and educated in the field and get great recipes. My morning ritual of green smoothies are all because of her tip on how to actually make them tasty (spoiler alert - frozen mango).
