This pharmacy is ridiculous. I have a son who gets very important medication. Without them he could have seizures, or worse. On MANY occasions I asked to refill a specific medication, they would hand me THE WRONG medication, OR tell me it’s filled, then when I show up tell me they “cant fill” the medicine after being told it would be ready.As pharmacists they should be aware of the harm they could be doing to the people they’re handing the medication out too. For gods sake, stop lying. This is the laziest, most rude, and untrustworthy pharmacy out there.

These people can not seem to just simply get stuff right. I don’t know if it’s their system or the people but seriously 9 out of 10 times I go there they always have a problem! Y’all go to CVS or even anywhere else you’ll have better luck

When they are busy, all the time, they are rude. My wife just got yelled at by the tattoo lady for asking about a coupon. She was not even the one helping us. Whoever manages these people should get a kick in the butt.

Nichole Culp and Stormy (Sam Hickman) were the rudest anyone has ever talked to me. Horrible customer service at this Walgreens. I would never do business here again.I was told by pharmacist to come in to pick up an RX. I got there and waited over 90 mins. Just to be told they couldn’t fill it because it was sent to a different Walgreens 30 mins away. Then Nicole shut the window in my face and said they were going to lunch and would.not fill it. To go to other location (where it hadn’t been filled yet) to get it.I'm not sure who Nicole Culp even was as I had been dealing with the pharmacist and one of their assistants who were both very nice. Nicole just walked up out of no where and inserted herself into the conversation.I called to complain and asked for the store manager. Store manager Matt was not there so they had me talk to Stormy (Sam Hickman).Stormy told me the pharmacist said it was a controlled substance and that’s why they couldn’t fill it.1st they did NOT tell me it was a controlled substance and that’s why they couldn’t transfer it. Nicole was obviously trying to leave early for lunch and lied.2nd the RX was the antibiotic Amoxycillin and is NOT a controlled substance so they lied about that too.You can google that it’s not a controlled substance, but I run healthcare facilities for a living and have multiple master degrees. One in substance abuse so I know it’s not a controlled substance.Over 2 hours waiting on an emergency RX and still don’t have it filled. The infection can spread and cause serious health issues now because of it.If it does my next call will be to my lawyer for their overwhelming incompetence, horrible customer service, and putting my health at risk.I had a little kid and a baby waiting with me as well. My family has used that pharmacy/store for many years but we will never go back after this. I recorded the entire interaction with both Nicole and Stormy which I will post publicly.What a horrible way to treat people in pain with a swollen mouth because of an infection in my gums.

WORST Pharmacy EVER!!!!! Poorly managed, understaffed, and RUDE personnel behind the counter! (girl with arm tattoo's and hair in a bun). Look, get more help! do what you have to, raise wages or is it just a management issue? Look we need our prescriptions, we are hurting and do not want to wait 24 hours or till the next day to get them. We don't want to hear "oh we only have two people here and we have 400 prescriptions to fill". I would go to Walmart but my insurance will not let me !GET MORE HELP a pharmacy shouldn't operate like this !

I’ve come on several occasions to the pharmacy only for it to be closed DURING THIER OPEN HOURS…what? The sign says a pharmacist is not on duty so I can even pick up my meds that are ready for pick up… so annoying to have to come back.This is the only pharmacy close to home so that’s why I haven’t changed but I’m seriously considering it now.

Poor service. Insanely over priced meds, and other items. Pharmacy is completely clueless, cannot mix an RX. Open untill, whenever they feel like it....pharmacy till 6pm...good luck you'll need a day of PTO to pickup your rx. On 2 separate occasions I came to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription at 6:30pm and they were closed. See Picture of the quality class mix job in the pharmacy.

Really cranky, rude, stuck-up, unprofessional, unhelpful staff. They don't care about you or getting your refills on time. It's no wonder this place has such a low rating on google ?

I have a prescription from my doctor for Vitamin D, stop by to pick it up and the cashier tell me they didn’t have yet to come back later, Stop by again the next day they said they got it but. Its not ready to comeback the next day, the employee even told me will be $2.51 to pay I said I’m I’ll pick up next day , third time stop by for that prescription and the pharmacist told me it’s over the counter to get in an get it myself. What a waist of time in this pharmacy and very rude and disregard of other people time and needs

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to the rudest pharmacy help Nicole she is so unprofessional, does not care to act professional. She rudely hung up on me. Will never go there or deal with that kind of employee rudeness.

I encountered a very rude tech at the pharmacy counter. She actually told me I was confused when I related what I just read on the CDC website. I wasn't, I rechecked. Communication skills need improvement. Morale seems very low for the most part and I know this is a tough time for the Health Care Industry. I am patient but do not tolerate rudeness. Now I find this pharmacy is closed on weekends. My doctor phoned in a medication on Thursday and I made the mistake of giving them a couple of days to fill it so I will have to wait until Monday to pick it up. I am stuck with Walgreens for insurance reasons. I will drive further to another Walgreens and hope this is not an example of the entire chain.

Do not use this pharmacy, I have dealt with poor customer service time and time again and tonight was the last straw. I get there short staff but at least give decent customer service. Not going here anymore!
