They ruined my sons Birthday! We place order yesterday & we were charged. They claimed they never got the order & refuse to make it now yet its on our credit card!!! Don't ever order through them if you don't want your event ruined & your kids special day destroyed

My total seemed a bit high. I checked my receipt and was charged 3 times for one item. I called and was told to come to the store as they can't process a credit over the phone. The refund was quick and painless. They credited it right back to my card vs. giving in store credit which it what I prefer. They also gave me a $10 gift card for my troubles!! I didn't even ask for the card. The manager Brittany went above and beyond for me!!

I stopped at the Walmart Super Center in West De Pere, Wi. today. I think everyone got the memo to go there also-people everywhere. I was unable to find a certain product and asked Danielle if she could help me-she walked through the crowds, pointed to what I was looking for, all with a smile. Now that if customer service! The kind all stores should have-good old fashioned customer service! I want Mgr. Frank to see this.

Adam is the sole reason I come to this Walmart. He is the most delightful young man, so sweet and succulent. I travel here once a week all the way from California just to see Adam and hear his beautiful voice. I love you Adam

I bought chicken wings in cold section of deli after eating one looked to grab another and found the bone if a drummy looks like meat was eaten off and the tossed in the sauce with others. What upset me is when I stopped at Appleton store near where I live no one cared at all

11-20-2018 Purchased 1tb Seagate back up drive at Platteville WI. location with the extended 2 year warranty. Seagate 1tb hard drive did not function. Returned the hard drive to closest Walmart, Depere WI location for an exchange. They did not have the same hard dive but did have the 4tb version of the same hard drive. Asked the sales associate in electronics if they could do anything for me? he called a manager who started of the conversation by telling me was not going to give me the 4tb hard drive for the same price as the 1tb. Great people skills. I did not ask for the 4tb for the same cost but I thought they might be able to discount it some. So to summarize, they did nothing for me and managed to piss off a regular customer enough to write this review.

My mother and I went in to do a pickup for a Christmas tree for her store (which she had to get back to in order to open it in time). We set aside about an hour to do this and some light decoration shopping for it, which is more than enough time. We went to the pickup kiosk, checked in (we were number 1 on the list and the first people there) and waited. An employee comes up to us to tell us the guy is in back working on our order. Ok, that's fine. 10 minutes go by, and another employee comes rushing up with a box and while quickly passing us said he'll be right with us. Ok, whatever. Now about another 10 minutes pass, no employees with our box to be seen. Four other customers are now lining up and checking in for pickup. All four of the people behind us in line were helped before us, with no word from the employees of when we'd be helped. We ended up having to leave before we got her tree because she was already late opening the store. When my mother told them that we were going to have to leave and told them it was because she was late opening her store and all the employee said was, "I'm so sorry." They also just made her miss the deadline for having the tree up, and we're going to have to waste a whole trip of gas to come get it a different day because of the employees' incompetence.

An average Wal-Mart as far as the stores go. It was packed when I stopped in to get table covers and beer the other day. Lack of a star because they sell no beer inside this location you have to go to the detached liquor store. Standard layout as far as Wal-Mart's go and we were able to do the self checkout to get out of there quickly. They do have a redbox in the entry way which is a plus.

I give this store a 5 start for clean but that's all it seems to care about I have seen on how they treat their employees and it's not good. And I over heard that the store manger is really mean he yells at everyone he is going to give him self a heart attack before he even turns 40. And customer service sucks there but I love all the cashiers I go there still because like I said before it's a really clean store and I love all the cashiers and services desk people because they are so friendly and nice just the people in back of store suck they are not nice. Oh and I love there auto motive area they do a great job there they have a really good team back there.

ON 8-20-15 I ordered online, a birthday bike for my grandchild and wanted it delivered to the store in De Pere because thats where my son lives. I live over a thousand miles away and thought this would be the easiest way to get her something I know she'll love. Boy was I wrong. It started out ok. I found the bike, the online store said it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days. On schedule I received an email stating that delivery would be delayed. They said at the time they couldn't give me a revised date but would send me an update in the coming days. My wife called the store on 8-25-15 and spoke to Asst.Manager Steve. Steve informed her that the bike was in fact there but the delay was because he didn't have anyone who could assemble it. He did tell her that he would make sure it was put together and it would be available for pick after 3:00 PM. My son waited until Saturday 8-29-15 to pick it up thinking that would give Steve plenty of time to keep his word. Steve is in the wrong line of work. He didn't keep his word as the bike was not assembled. I have been unhappy with Wal-mart's customer service, or lack thereof for quite some time and this just confirms the feelings I've had to spend my money elsewhere. Wal-mart is so huge now their executives know they'll never please everyone so they endorse an atmosphere of putting forth a minimal effort when it come to customer service and this consumer has been paying attention. I will be happy to spend 10 percent more for items if it means I'll never cross another threshold that belongs to Wal-Mart.

I am not a fan of Walmart in general, not necessarily because of the place, but they are always FULL of people, and I can hardly move around to get what I need. I actually like that the employees don't ask me if I need help, if I need help I ask, but I'd rather just like to look what I need to look for on my own. This ones pretty nice as far as Walmart's go, lots of people, but for some reason it didn't feel like I didn't have space to breathe, and the employees took care not to completely block isles while restocking.
