Service was typical of a hardware store. The employees during my visit were quite young (highschool or close). The store is very small so the aisles are very tight and arrange in any little space they could find.

Ace beats every time with service. Often worth the higher prices to shop your neighborhood ACE. Just double check the return policy, you may not get full value 9f what you paid- probably a restocking fee of sorts. Not a pr9blem

Went in to buy a new blade for my 24" bow saw. Found 21" replacement blades and 30" replacement blades. Right next to the blades they had 21" and 24" bow saws. So had to buy a complete new saw. Why sell 24" saws but no replacement blades?

Very extremely grateful to have this store in town, and not have to drive 20 minutes away.All of these petty people leaving 1 star and complaining about minor issues, and saying to never return again. GOOD! I won't have to worry about running into Karen at the store.
