I have been with Wausau branch Connexus fir over 50 years. They have helped me through the years with valuable support in many areas.I have moved to Madison and was very happy to see a new branch near Middleton.

Since Connexus has taken over heritage there has been no communication. My monthly payment is no longer taken at the address provided in my statements and their phone system and customer support is some of the worst i have seen. I wouldn’t have used heritage for my loan had i known connexus was coming to buy them out.

Just visited this facility for the first time yesterday and had a great customer experience. Staff is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The CU has competitive rates for the Madison area market.

Marsha is the best, she helped me more than I asked for. More than I thought possible. Thank you again
Marsha helped me again, with my boat. 6 months ago I ordered a boat but because of covid it was 6 months in production. Heritage (Marsha) worked with me and kept the loan apt ready to go, as soon as the boat was delivered everything worked great, just like she said it would. Thank you Marsha and Heritage Credit Union
